The Rialto Ballroom in the Centene Center

This year we are taking Show-Me Blues to the beautiful Rialto Ballroom in the Centene Center. Located in the heart of the art and entertainment distict. A gothic style building hosts 2 ballrooms and a balcony to cool off while observing the St. Louis skyline.
This venue also offers a dance studio available for private lessons for you to improve your dancing while you are here. Please email jeff@showmeblues.com about reserving the space during the event. (note: we are not providing privates, you must arrange lessons yourself).

Getting there:
All directions are given from the intersection on the listed Hwy and Hwy 270.
- From the Airport:
- Take Hwy 170 south to Hwy 40 East. Take the Grand exit (37A) and make a left onto Grand Blvd. Make a right onto Olive. The building is 1/2 block down on the left.
- Hwy 70:
- Take Hwy 70 East through downtown to Hwy 44 West. Take the Grand exit and turn Left at the stop sign Right at the light. Continue past Hwy 40. Make a right onto Olive. The building is 1/2 block down on the left.
Do not take Hwy 70 to the Grand exit. This takes you through a bad section of St. Louis.
- Hwy 40 Eastbound:
- Take Hwy 40 Eastbound to the Grand exit (37A) and make a left onto Grand Blvd. Make a right onto Olive. The building is 1/2 block down on the left.
- Hwy 40 Westbound (from downtown):
- Take Hwy 40 Westbound to the Grand/Forrest Park exit (38A). Continue straight through the exit. Make a right onto Grand Blvd. Make a right onto Olive. The building is 1/2 block down on the left.
- Hwy 44 Eastbound:
- Take Hwy 44 East to the Grand exit. Take the Grand exit and turn Left at the stop sign Right at the light. Continue past Hwy 40. Make a right onto Olive. The building is 1/2 block down on the left.
- Hwy 55 Northbound:
- Take Hwy 55 North to Hwy 44 West. Take the Grand exit North (right) past Hwy 40. Make a right onto Olive. The building is 1/2 block down on the left.
City Museum

The City Museum is an eclectic mixture of children's playground, funhouse, surrealistic pavilion, and architectural marvel made out of unique, found objects.
- From Hwy 70/270
- Take Hwy 70 East to the 10th St Exit (Exit 249A). Stay straight to
go onto N 10th St. Turn right onto Convention Plz. Convention Plaza
becomes Delmar Blvd. Turn left onto 16th St. The City Museum is on
the left. To get back onto the Hwy take 9th street.
- From Hwy 40/64 and 270
- Take Hwy 40 East to the 14th St Exit (Exit 39B). Turn left onto S 14th
St. Turn left onto Washington Ave. Turn right onto 16th St. The City Museum
is on the right.
- From Hwy 44/270
- Take Hwy 44 East to the Lafayette Ave exit (Exit 290B). Make a slight
right onto Lafayette Ave. Turn left onto S Tucker Blvd. Turn left onto
Washington Ave. Turn right onto 16th. The City Museum is on the right.
- From Hwy 55/270
- Take Hwy 55 North to the Gravois exit (Exit 207A). Make a slight
right onto Gravois Ave. Gravois becomes S Tucker Blvd. Turn left onto
Washington Ave. Turn right onto 16th Street. The City Museum is on the
right.
